Welcome to ACE Debt Recovery’s online payment page, where you can make your payment online by using your credit card or checking account. Before you continue please make sure you have read and understand the following statements:

* This is a communication from a debt collector.  This is an attempt to collect a debt and any information obtained will be used for that purpose.

* If you are currently set up and approved for an Automatic Payment Plan, your automatic payments will be processed as scheduled and any additional payments you make will be considered voluntary and not cause the cancellation of any regularly scheduled payments.   

* All payments are processed by EBS on behalf of ACE Debt Recovery.  EBS charges a processing fee of for all Payments made through their service.  By submitting a payment online or making a payment by phone, you also authorize the processing fee to be debited from your account.

You may submit your CREDIT CARD or ACH (Checking/Savings) payments online, which are processed on our behalf by EBS.  Please note: EBS charges the payor a processing fee for all payments made through their service.

 

PHONE IN PAYMENTS:

You may call in your CREDIT CARD or ACH (Checking/Savings) payments by phone, which are processed on our behalf by EBS.  Please note: EBS charges the payor a processing fee for all payments made through their service. Please call (740) 831-4381 and have your ACH Checking/Savings Account or Credit Card information ready.  

 

MAIL IN PAYMENTS:

ACE Debt Recovery also accepts your payment by Check, Money Order or Cashiers Check by mail.  Please include the bottom portion of the correspondence containing your account information.   If you don't have this information, please call (740) 831-4381 or send an email to: info@acedebtrecovery.net  for assistance.

PLEASE NOTE OUR RETURNED/DECLINED ITEM POLICY: All returned items will be charged a $30.00 or 10% NSF/CCD fee (whichever is greater) and any additional charges imposed by our financial institution.  All NSF/CCD items and fees must be paid in full within 60 days to prevent further legal action and additional fees.  It is understood that you have read, understood and agree to this policy in its entirety and that you are liable for all of the conditions within upon submitting your payment online, by phone or by mail to ACE Debt Recovery.
